Data collection and use
When you make a reservation for a course on our site, we will need to collect certain information about you such as your name, address, email address, gender, phone number and date of birth. We do not share your personal information with outside parties.
Formación FU, S.L. uses the information that we collect from you to process your requests and to inform you of our new service offers and features. As a part of the service Formación FU, S.L. provides to you, we will communicate via e-mail to inform you about our offers, services, or other relevant information related to our school. But your personal information will not be provided to third-party companies as we are communicating only with you directly.
In the cases in which the user includes files with personal data in the shared hosting servers, Formación FU, S.L. is not responsible for the failure to comply with the law by the user of the GDPR.
Data retention in compliance with the LSSI
In accordance with the Spanish Law 34/2002 on Internet Services and Online Commerce (Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (LSSI)) of 11 July, Formación FU, S. L. stores the essential data necessary to identify its origin and the start of the service provided for a maximum period of 12 months. The storage of this data has no influence on the secrecy of communication and may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or to guarantee public safety by making itself available to the judges and/or courts or the competent ministry. The transmission of data to the forces and bodies of the state is carried out in accordance with the data protection regulation.

Formación FU, S. L. is responsible for the laws and regulations in force and the rules governing the operation of the online service, electronic commerce, copyright, the maintenance of public order and the general principles of Internet use.
The user will indemnify Formación FU, S.L. for the expenses generated by the allocation of Formación FU, S.L. in any case whose responsibility was attributable to the user, including legal defense fees and expenses, even in the case of a non-final judicial decision.
Protection of hosted information
We, Formación FU, S. L., make backups of the content hosted on our servers. However, we are not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by the user. Similarly, we cannot guarantee complete replacement of data deleted by users, as the aforementioned data could have been deleted and or changed during the period since the last backup.
The services offered, except for the specific backup services, do not include the replacement of the contents preserved in the backup copies made by Formación FU, S.L.. If the loss of data is due to the user, a rate is set according to the complexity and extent of the recovery, always according to user acceptance. The recovery of data is only included in the price of the service if the loss of content is attributable to Formación FU, S. L..
In application of Spanish law LSSI, Formación FU, S. L. will not send advertising by e-mail or other electronic means of communication unless the addressee has requested or expressly authorised this in advance.
Formación FU, S. L. is entitled to continue to send commercial communications about products or services to users with whom a previous contractual relationship exists, if these are similar to those that were originally the subject of the contract with the customer. In any case, the user may request that no further commercial information be sent to him after proof of his identity.
