Casa Netural is a 80sqm open space realized in an organic structure, in which the workspaces are alternated harmoniously within the relaxed area. The house also has a fully-equipped kitchen and a panoramic terrace view of the beautiful view Sassi (the old town). Coffee, tea, water, wifi and bikes are also included.
Leisure time activities:
Almost every day, you will have the chance to participate in several activities, and the hosts of Casa Netural will gladly help you to find the best to experience. The countryside that surrounds the town is great for activities like trekking, biking, mountain biking, horse riding and more.
The coworking space with accommodation is located in the Unesco town, Matera in the Basilicata region of Italy. It’s the hometown of the famous “Sassi” which forms the historic centre of the city with cave dwellings and churches etched into the rock, surrounded by beautiful valleys. The landscape around Casa Netural especially stands out due to its diversity.
Number of participants:
Casa Netural can accommodate up to 3 people (shared bathroom and communal kitchen) and there are 6 coworking positions available in the open space.
The two easiest ways of getting to Matera are by landing at either the Naples International Airport, which is located just outside of the city of Naples, about 100 miles northwest of Matera, or at the Bari International Airport, which is located about 75 miles east of Matera. From both of these airports, train and bus routes are available to the Basilicata region of Italy.
The team of Casa Netural divided the region around Matera into 10 geographical areas that they intend to explore with the coworkers to build a network of rural growth and development. In 2013, they organized the first “neturalwalk” – you can find a lot of pictures about this on their website.
